Tripura University, a Central University located in Suryamaninagar, has officially released its Postgraduate Admission Notification for the academic year 2025–26. This admission schedule covers all PG programs except MBA, M.Tech, MCA, M.P.Ed., and M.Pharm. The admissions will be based on the CUET-PG 2025 results.

1st Round Counselling & Admission 11th August 2025 at 11:00 AM
Last Date for 1st Round Fee Payment 17th August 2025 (11:30 PM)
2nd Merit List Declaration 21st August 2025 at 5:30 PM
2nd Round Counselling & Admission 28th August 2025 at 11:00 AM
Last Date for 2nd Round Fee Payment 4th September 2025 (11:30 PM)
Commencement of Classes 18th August 2025 (Monday)

  • Candidates must register online at the Tripura University Admission Portal after CUET-PG 2025 results are declared.

  • Registration Fee:

    • ₹200 for UR/OBC

    • ₹100 for SC/ST/EWS

  • Note: No correction is allowed in the application after payment.

 Admission Process

  1. Admission is CUET-PG based.

  2. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria for the selected program.

  3. Document verification will be done physically at the respective department.

  4. A separate admission portal will be opened later for Non-CUET and International candidates.

  • Eligibility: BA in Sociology or any subject with minimum % marks
