Educational Qualification

First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology (relevant discipline)

OR Master’s degree in Science (for applicable posts)

Must possess a valid GATE score (2023/2024/2025) in the relevant subject

Age Limit (As on Closing Date)

UR/EWS: Up to 35 years

OBC (NCL): Up to 38 years

SC/ST: Up to 40 years

Additional age relaxation for:

Divyangjan: Up to 10 years

Central Govt Employees: Up to 5 years

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting based on GATE score (1:10 ratio)

80% weightage – GATE score

20% weightage – Interview

Others: 60%

Final year students can apply, but must submit degree by 31st July 2025

Foreign degree holders must obtain equivalency certificate from Association of Indian Universities (AIU)
