Tripura Gramin Bank Rural Self Employment Training Institute (TGBRSETI) has announced vacancies for various posts on a contractual basis. Applications are invited from eligible Indian citizens for a period of one year, which may be extended up to three years based on satisfactory performance.

Available Posts:

1. Faculty
2. Office Assistant
3. Attender
4. Watchman-cum-Gardener

Salary & Benefits:

• Consolidated Salary:
  • Starts at ₹30,000/- per month.
  • Annual increment of ₹2,000 per year based on satisfactory performance.
  • Maximum salary up to ₹40,000/- after 5 years.
• Performance Incentive:
  • ₹2,000/- annually based on service review.
• Fixed Conveyance Allowance (FCA):
  • ₹2,500/- per month on a declaration basis.
  • Subject to a minimum number of field visits (e.g., for EAPs, follow-up, etc.).
  • If visits are not completed, payment may be made proportionately.
• Mobile Allowance:
  • ₹300/- per month.
• Other Benefits:
  • EPF (Employees’ Provident Fund)
  • ESI (Employees’ State Insurance)
  • Gratuity as per applicable rules.

• Age Limit:
  Minimum: 22 years
  Maximum: 40 years
• Educational Qualification & Experience:
  Detailed eligibility criteria such as academic qualifications, experience requirements, and skill sets for each post will be as per RSETI norms. Applicants are advised to ensure they meet all the post-specific eligibility requirements before applying.

Selection Procedure:

The selection process includes:

1. Written Test
   • Assessing General Knowledge and Computer Skills
   • Conducted in offline mode
2. Personal Interview
   • Only candidates shortlisted in the ratio of 1:3 will be called
   • Evaluation of:
     • Communication ability
     • Leadership qualities
     • Attitude and behavior
     • Problem-solving capacity
     • Trainee engagement and development-oriented mindset
3. Demonstration/Presentation Round
   • For evaluating teaching and communication skills (mainly for Faculty post)
